Aysen Norton

Director of Philanthropy

Aysen Norton is The Urology Foundation’s Director of Philanthropy and brings more than twenty years of senior experience in fundraising, income generation, and strategic development across the charity sector. She specialises in major gifts, capital appeals, and trusts and foundations, with a proven track record of securing transformational funding and building long‑term philanthropic partnerships.

Aysen previously served as Capital Appeal Director at Over The Wall Camp, where she played a key role in enabling the launch of the charity’s new national centre and significantly progressing its £12 million capital campaign. Before this, she successfully delivered the Royal Hospital for Neuro‑disability’s £10 million capital appeal and led the organisation’s research fundraising programme, substantially increasing investment into therapy and care innovation.

Previously running her own independent fundraising consultancy practice, Aysen has supported a wide range of charities to diversify and grow their income, strengthen fundraising capability, and develop sustainable philanthropic strategies.

Aysen is committed to advancing excellence in urology through strategic philanthropy, working closely with donors, clinicians, and partners to accelerate research, improve patient support, and expand TUF’s impact across the UK.
