A special collaboration between The Urology Foundation and BURST provides the chance to get expert feedback on your ideas to transform urology care at BAUS 2025.

What are we looking for?

You are invited to present innovative QIPs, audits or research ideas to transform urological care. No prior experience is needed – just a passion for making a difference.

We strongly encourage submissions from all BAUS regions, subspecialities, and professional backgrounds.

Key dates

Deadline EXTENDED—submit your ideas by 17th January 2025 ahead of the pre-selection round. Submit your idea using this online form.

17th June 2025 – finalists present their ideas at BAUS 2025. Winners will receive ongoing support from BURST and The Urology Foundation to turn their ideas into impactful projects.

 

Eligibility

  • Projects must be UK-based.
  • Open to all health care professionals, including trainees, resident doctors, SAS grades and medical students.
  • Open to QIPs, audits, and clinical innovations.
