Career Development Support Fund

The Urology Foundation is pleased to announce it's Career Development Support Fund. This discretionary fund supports urologists in times of exceptional need. Continue scrolling to find out who this fund is available to and how to apply.

Criteria

Applications are open to the following members of the UK & ROI urology community in times of exceptional need:

  • Urological trainees – NTN holders, urology fellows
  • Urology SAS and LED doctors
  • Non-consultant grade doctors (NCGD)
  • Urological consultants within 2 years of appointment

The award available is up to a maximum of £5,000.

The Urology Foundation will consider providing financial assistance for high quality training/educational courses and other professional development opportunities and expenses, such as conferences, online or in person courses, membership fees and clinical visits. This assistance will include the cost of registration fees and reasonable travel expenses.

Applications can be made at any time and are considered on a rolling basis.

2. Email the completed form to grants@theurologyfoundation.org marking it as Private & Confidential.

3. Members of our Scientific and Education Committee will review your application.

3. We aim to let you know the outcome of your application within six weeks.
