The objectives of the course are to develop understanding of your own personal influencing style and to explore the importance and impact of communication in order to increase your influencing and negotiating skills. These skills are a critical but often neglected part of a nurse’s training and career development. TUF has engaged a professional trainer who will work alongside a faculty of experienced urology professionals.
In order to ensure that the course can be truly interactive we are looking to limit the meeting to a maximum of 20 delegates.
There isno charge to delegates to attend the course, these expenses having been met by an unconditional educational grant from Peak Medical. In addition Peak Medical will meet up to £50 towards travel expenses (standard class travel only).
Qualifications
We are asking that applicants have worked within urology for at least 4 years, and have an education level of BSc/MSC and/or having published an article, or presented a poster or session at the annual BAUN meeting.
