Nurses Communication Course

TUF is pleased to announce our first course specifically for nurses, the content of which has been shaped with input and advice from BAUN trustees.

With regret TUF has made the decision to postpone our Nurse Communication Course on 21 April 2020.

In light of the current situation we feel that it is only sensible with all delegates being front line NHS staff to make this decision. We hope to run the course this Autumn.

Overview and objective

The objectives of the course are to develop understanding of your own personal influencing style and to explore the importance and impact of communication in order to increase your influencing and negotiating skills. These skills are a critical but often neglected part of a nurse’s training and career development. TUF has engaged a professional trainer who will work alongside a faculty of experienced urology professionals. In order to ensure that the course can be truly interactive we are looking to limit the meeting to a maximum of 20 delegates.
