TUF is delighted to announce that the BAUN President, Sarah Hillery, will be part of the faculty panel for our forthcoming “Unlocking Potential –The Power of Successful Communication, course. This course is specifically for urology nurses and is being held in Birmingham on 12 May 2023.
TUF feels there is great value to a Trustee of The British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN) being part the faculty for this course as BAUN gives its members opportunities to build their skills, knowledge and confidence and be part of the UKs leading movement of nurses with a urological interest . The Power of Successful Communication course, which is supported by an unconditional grant from Peak Medical, seeks to enable delegates to develop a better understanding of their own personal influencing style and to explore the importance and impact of communication in order to increase their influencing and negotiating skills. These skills are a critical but often neglected part of a nurse’s training and career development.
