Confirmed speakers for the day

Kate Waters

Kate Waters is a leading Holistic Intimate Health Specialist, Nutritional Therapist, and Behavioural Change Coach specialising in bladder, vaginal, and vulval health. She works with individuals experiencing chronic intimate health concerns, helping them understand complex symptoms and find practical, personalised ways to improve their wellbeing.

Her approach combines nutrition, behavioural science, and whole-body health, recognising that intimate health is influenced by far more than one symptom or diagnosis. By exploring the roles of the microbiome, hormones, nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle, Kate helps uncover the patterns that often sit beneath persistent symptoms.

Kate leads a multi-disciplinary clinic dedicated to intimate health, providing one-to-one support and group programmes designed to help clients feel informed, supported, and more confident in their bodies to create lasting change.

Roland Morley

Roland Morley is a Consultant Urological Surgeon with extensive experience in female, reconstructive, paediatric, and general urology.

He has held numerous national leadership roles, including Immediate Past President of the Urology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine, Immediate Past Chair of the UK Specialist Advisory Committee for Urology, and Chair for Quality and Assurance at the Joint Committee on Surgical Training. He is also a senior examiner and Chair of the International Examiners for the FRCS (Urol) examination

Lorraine Grover

Lorraine Grover is a highly experienced Psychosexual Nurse Specialist and qualified Psychosexual (Sex) Therapist with a longstanding commitment to supporting people affected by cancer, particularly in relation to sexual wellbeing, relationships and quality of life.

She has worked extensively with men diagnosed with prostate cancer and is recognised as a leading voice in addressing the sexual impact of prostate conditions and treatments. Through practical support, education and advocacy, Lorraine has helped reduce stigma around these often overlooked issues. She co-authored a book on sexual wellbeing after cancer, which was highly commended in the Pfizer Oncology Awards 2010, and has lectured nationally and internationally to both patient groups and healthcare professionals.

Recognising that sexual difficulties can have both psychological and organic (ill health)causes, Lorraine takes a holistic approach to assessment and management. In 2009, she became the first Clinical Nurse Specialist to speak nationally for Prostate Cancer UK on the topic of Sex and the Prostate, helping to open important conversations around sexual health and survivorship. More recently, she has contributed to Real Talk, a live, unscripted discussion series in which Black men share their experiences of prostate cancer, masculinity, relationships, sexual wellbeing and survivorship. Through this work, Lorraine continues to amplify underrepresented voices and challenge stigma.

Her expertise has also been recognised within the colorectal community, leading to involvement in international educational initiatives focused on improving awareness and discussion of sexual wellbeing in colorectal disease. Lorraine has been a Trustee and Treasurer of the Sexual Advice Association and is the UK representative and first nurse to serve on the Executive Committee of the European Society of Sexual Medicine (ESSM) as Liaison Officer for Affiliated Societies.

Her contributions have been recognised with a Developing Practice Award from The Queen’s Institute for The Erection Connection (2005) and a Special Achievement Award from St George’s Hospital, London (2009).

By tackling subjects that are often considered taboo, Lorraine continues to raise awareness, improve quality of life, and empower people to live well, love well, and talk openly about the issues that matter most.
