Donation Refund Policy
We are not usually able to give refunds on voluntary donations, however if you have made a donation in error we may be able to provide you with a refund, less any costs we have incurred. Please call the office team on 020 7713 9538 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, expect public holidays.
